iPhoto to WordPress

In iPhoto, select the photos you want to upload and choose File -> Export. You made select multiple photos or just click on an Event.
In the Export Photos window, be on the File Export tab, and choose:
Kind: JPEG
Quality: Medium
Size: Medium
File Name: Sequential
Click export and you will be prompted for the save location. Create a new folder on your desktop or anywhere else you like and click OK.
Now go to the WordPress or NG Gallery file uploader. Create a new gallery, then click the file upload tab. Browse for the new folder you just created and select all the files, then click Upload. WordPress will do an AJAX upload of all the selected files you exported from iPhoto.
